We collect the minimum information required to deliver accurate AI proposal scoring and Marcus Reid pattern coaching:

• Proposal Text & Documents: The raw text, PDF, DOCX, or TXT documents you upload for analysis.
• Job Post Descriptions: Optional client job briefs provided to calculate job alignment scores.
• Account Data: Email addresses and profile names collected during passwordless Magic Link or Google OAuth authentication.
• Pitch Metadata: Pitch outcome status (Won, Lost, Pending), target platform (Upwork, Toptal, Freelancer), and skill category.

PitchIQ utilizes Google’s high-performance gemini-2.5-flash model to evaluate proposals according to Marcus Reid sales methodology standards.

When you click "Analyze Proposal", your proposal text and job post description are transmitted via encrypted TLS to the Gemini API strictly to generate your 6-dimension scores, line rewrites, red flags, and PDF reports.

User accounts and historical proposal records are stored securely in Supabase PostgreSQL databases hosted in ISO 27001 / SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure.

Row-Level Security (RLS): Our database rules strictly enforce auth.uid() = user_id. This guarantees that no other freelancer or guest on the web can view, access, or query your proposal history.

Proposals analyzed by unauthenticated guests (before signing in) are stored strictly inside that browser's local localStorage sandbox.

Guest proposals are never saved to our server database or exposed to other visitors across the internet.

You retain 100% ownership of all proposal content uploaded to PitchIQ. You have the right to:

• Export Reports: Download instant 5-page brand PDF analysis reports at any time.
• Delete Records: Permanently delete any proposal history record directly from your Dashboard using the trash delete icon.
• Account Erasure: Request complete account deletion by contacting support.

PitchIQ uses essential HTTP-only cookies managed via Supabase SSR for session authentication. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
